6. Letter from Atulananda Maharaja to Paramadvaiti Maharaja
In our last letter Nr. 5, in which a disciple, who is managing Paramadvaiti Maharaja's E-mail communication, commented about Paramadvaiti Maharaja’s “very painful and it hurts a lot” letter which “has to be deleted”.
Now we will publish a letter by Atulananda Maharaja, in which he praises this very same letter: “That letter you sent to DM (Damodar Maharaja) is very nice.”
“That letter” unfortunately was deleted upon the request of that disciple in Lima, who was praised on another occasion by Paramadvaiti Maharaja in the following way: “Without …. das, our Vrinda mission would not exist”.
So, Paramadvaiti Maharaja prefers to listen to his disciple, who may have well intentions but not the kind of experience, which would be required in such situations. Why does Paramadvaiti Maharaja ignore the advice by such close associates and learned scholars like Atulananda Maharaja, who is probably the best friend he has?

Jay GM, sorry to bring you back to this subject but mother Yasodagopal wrote to me saying that you had spoken to her. She was very confused and wants to talk to me.
Knowing this I think you are feeling the need to communicate something to the devotees and I think it would be good to say it to the leaders. I believe that truthfulness will bring tranquillity and will serve to see who is really with you and who is not. I believe that most devotees are with you and will understand.
That letter you sent to DM is very nice.
From what I heard this has spread a lot and Narayani from Peru tells me that it was not Radhakunda who disseminated it. Then everything is very confused.
There is a meaning of Srila Prabhupad in the Bg which is very good, Saranagati sent it to me, it says so:
"Of the meaning of the BG Chapter 10 4-5
“Asammoha, the absence of doubt and deception, can be achieved when one does not hesitate and when one understands transcendental philosophy. Slowly but surely, one gets rid of confusion. Nothing should be accepted blindly; everything should be accepted with care and caution. Ksama, tolerance and indulgence, is something to be put into practice; one must be tolerant and excuse the petty offenses of others. Satyam, truthfulness, means that facts must be presented as they are, for the benefit of others. Facts should not be misrepresented.
According to social conventions, it is said that one can speak the truth only when it is pleasing to others. But that is not truthfulness. Truth must be spoken frankly, so that others can know what the facts are. If a man is a thief and people are warned that he is a thief, that is the truth. Although sometimes the truth is unpleasant, one should not stop speaking it. Truthfulness demands that facts be presented as they are, for the benefit of others. That is the definition of truth.”
I was also preparing a writing to send to the devotees if the case arose, I will see if I send it to them later.
I think that by speaking you will also be giving a teaching to the devotees and it will be a great relief for you.
May GM be well. I'm very glad you're moving on.
This is a great teaching you give us. BvAA (Bhaktivedanta Atulananda Acharya)
